Greetings from Viktoria and welcome to Mullingstorp

In the autumn of 1991 the Meet Yourself Course Step 1 saved my life. For several months I had been planning in detail to commit suicide ­ the day, the place etc. But when that day came I chose instead to go to Mullingstorp. Today, I am eternally grateful for that. The course gave me back my life. Since then, I have done a lot of training and several courses in self-knowledge. However, I had never participated in a course that was as far-reaching, revolutionary and sound as the Meet Yourself Course Step 1.

I remained at Mullingstorp after my first Meet Yourself course. I lived and worked with Bengt for eleven years. It was not always easy to live with Bengt. He was a very powerful and demanding man but he was incredibly warm-hearted. To be in his presence was shocking and disturbing for some. For others it was liberating. Bengt strove continually for the courage to stand up for his beliefs and at the same time to make use of his own unique talents in all that he did. He passed on those qualities to his co-workers. Today, this concept characterises the whole of Mullingstorp.

2005 was the 20th anniversary of the Meet Yourself Courses which says a lot about how well they work. As the Head of Mullingstorp, it is my responsibility to see that the right people lead these courses. I hire one course leader for every three participants as well as well-trained assistants. In this way, every participant gets an exceptional amount of attention. I am very proud of the people who work at Mullingstorp. Together we make a unique team.

At Mullingstorp you receive all the support you need to find your way back to your roots and to your true self beyond your intellect. A lot of courage is required to find your inner truth and dare to follow it. The way there comprises an unreserved meeting with both your darker and brighter sides.
