Courses at Mullingstorp Course Center
Mullingstorp invites you to go on a journey beyond your intellect. In a safe environment you will find out what has so far guided your choices in life and be reconciled with yourself and your past. With the help of exercises around birth and death, you will, from a new perspective, be able to look at existential questions like:
What is the meaning of life?
Who am I ?
With whom do I want to live?
What do I want to work with?
Where shall I live?
What do I do to fully enjoy life?
Meet Yourself Step 1 is the core of the Meet Yourself Process. Twenty-two people participate in each course. There is a large staff of well-trained therapists to support them. This means that all participants have complete support day and night.
Mullingstorp courses are well-known around the world. For years people have been coming from Norway, Germany, UK and USA. We employ interpreters when required.
Course Centre
Mullingstorp lies 50 km from Norrköping, one hour’s drive from Stockholm, Sweden. The course centre is beautifully situated next to the Baltic Sea and has hotel standards. We have 23 double rooms, a big sauna and a heated outside swimming pool. There are about 4.5 km of nature trails close to the water.
